Les personnes concern\u00e9es ont un droit l\u00e9gal \u00e0 ces prestations, qui sont vers\u00e9es par les cantons et financ\u00e9es par l\u2019imp\u00f4t.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aabacf2 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"aabacf2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2884bd1 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"2884bd1\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-54de298 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"54de298\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a010cbb e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a010cbb\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-edf00e3 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"edf00e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Forte d\u00e9pendance aux prestations compl\u00e9mentaires<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a5805a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9a5805a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En 2022, 50,2% des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de rentes AI, soit 121\u00a0556\u00a0personnes, percevaient une PC (voir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bsv.admin.ch\/fr\/cgas-fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statistiques<\/a> Compte global des assurances sociales (CGAS)).<\/p><p>Vivre au seuil de la pauvret\u00e9 constitue un facteur d\u2019exclusion. La derni\u00e8re r\u00e9forme des PC, entr\u00e9e en vigueur en 2021, a encore durci les conditions, le Parlement ayant impos\u00e9 des \u00e9conomies d\u2019environ un demi-milliard de francs. Malgr\u00e9 quelques am\u00e9liorations, Agile juge choquant que tant de personnes en situation de handicap doivent compter chaque centime au quotidien. En 2022, une personne assur\u00e9e AI sur deux d\u00e9pendait des PC pour joindre les deux bouts. Des donn\u00e9es d\u00e9taill\u00e9es figurent dans les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bsv.admin.ch\/fr\/statistique-pc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statistiques<\/a> des prestations compl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 l\u2019AVS et \u00e0 l\u2019AI.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bb5b5b9 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bb5b5b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Nouvelle r\u00e9vision partielle en cours<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64c68e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"64c68e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La loi sur les prestations compl\u00e9mentaires est en cours de r\u00e9vision. Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral entend<\/p><ul><li>Permettre en effet la prise en compte des logements prot\u00e9g\u00e9s dans les PC \u00e0 l\u2019AVS.<\/li><li>D\u2019autre part, les personnes qui re\u00e7oivent une contribution d\u2019assistance de l\u2019AI devraient pouvoir obtenir un suppl\u00e9ment afin de mettre une chambre \u00e0 disposition de leurs assistant-es durant la nuit.<\/li><li>Le suppl\u00e9ment pour logement accessible en fauteuil roulant devrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 pour les personnes vivant en communaut\u00e9 d\u2019habitation.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Pour Agile, telle que propos\u00e9e par le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, cette r\u00e9forme ne va pas assez loin.<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17d3b19 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"17d3b19\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La r\u00e9forme des PC 2021<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f929ef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0f929ef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La r\u00e9forme des PC 2021 a introduit plusieurs changements.<\/p><ul><li>Les montants octroy\u00e9s aux enfants de moins de 11 ans ont \u00e9t\u00e9 baiss\u00e9s. Les frais de garde sont en revanche pris en compte \u00e0 certaines conditions.<\/li><li>Les montants annuel maximaux reconnus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9s et diff\u00e8rent selon les r\u00e9gions.<\/li><li>Les suppl\u00e9ments pour logement accessible en chaise roulante ont \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9s et sont d\u00e9sormais octroy\u00e9s par m\u00e9nage et non plus par personne.<\/li><li>D\u00e9sormais, c\u2019est tout au plus la prime d\u2019assurance maladie effective qui est prise en compte.<\/li><li>Le revenu professionnel des conjoint-es est pris en compte \u00e0 80%.<\/li><li>Un seuil de fortune d\u00e9termine le droit aux PC.<\/li><li>Les franchises sur la fortune servant au calcul des PC ont \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9es.<\/li><li>10% de la consommation annuelle de la fortune sont pris en compte si celle-ci n\u2019est bas\u00e9e sur aucun \u00abmotif important\u00bb.<\/li><li>Dans certains cas, il peut y avoir obligation de rembourser les PC provenant de la succession de la personne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de PC.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-925f311
